Brian's path to the Executive Director role at Reality Sports includes stops as a state champion high school wrestler at Auburn High School, a national champion college wrestler at Pacific Lutheran Universiy, as well as extensive teaching and coaching experience at Auburn High School. In 2006, he left these positions at Auburn to co-found Reality Sports.

He resides in Sumner, Washington with his wife Justine and their three children: Marcus, Karli and Luke.

Tim played under baseball legend Bobo Brayton at Washington State University, where he was an All-Pac-10 outfielder and 1989 Pac-10 North Player-of-the-Year. He coached two years at Washington State as a volunteer assistant, 12 years at Auburn High School, and is currently the head varsity coach at Curtis High School.

He resides in Fircrest, Washington with his wife Heather and their three children: Courtney, Katie and Connor.

Betsy is the part-time office administrator for Reality Sports, working three hours each morning to “make it all happen.” Without her daily grind in the office with registrations, bookkeeping, advertising/marketing, and organizing skills, RS would not be where it is today. Betsy is going into her second year as the office administrator. She enjoys cycling, skiing, swimming, and hiking.

Betsy is a newlywed and lives in Auburn with her husband Josh.

Craig is starting his first year with Reality Sports as the Director of Baseball with a wealth of experience in the coaching and management realms. With over 17 years of coaching in youth sports, 10 of those in the select baseball world, Craig’s knowledge is indispensable for the expansion and efficacy of the baseball program. Craig is a program management office senior manager for Boeing and has been involved in consulting, strategizing, developing, and leading high-profile aerospace projects for the last 30 years.

He resides in Auburn, Washington with his wife Carol.
