The Comparison Game
I just showed this video tonight to a group of wrestlers. If you've never seen this ESPN video of Ben Comen, a young man with cerebral palsy who runs cross-country, prepare to be inspired http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FGeHXP24E0E
High School Wrestling Studs!
Congratulations to the following wrestlers who claimed All-State honors by placing in the top 8 in their respective weight classes this past weekend at Mat Classic XXI (High School State Wrestling Championships) at the Tacoma Dome. These guys spent time training with Reality Sports at some point during the past year, either in our fall pre-season workouts or in freestyle last spring. What a great accomplishment, guys!

What is Pride?
I had the privilege of speaking to a local high school wrestling team today on the subject of "pride". It is impressive that the coaching staff takes time to speak about and focus on a different character attribute each week.
