Wrestling Technique of the Week - Knee Tap and Knee Tap Spin

This week I show a knee tap from a front headlock when our elbow is caught. It's one technique that allows us to not only free our elbow but also score big points from our front headlock. I also show a spin when our opponent responds to getting put to his hip from the knee tap. This is critical chain wrestling in anticipation of what our opponent might do when we have a front headlock.
