Reality Sports launched its Track and Field program in February 2011 with a one-day mid-winter break clinic.

Coach Rachel Chenoweth and staff will provide skill instruction in various events, competitive mock meet in the afternoon, mental training, nutrition education, and spiritual development based on the words and life of Jesus Christ.

Lunch will be provided.  T-shirts will be given to those who pre-register for the clinic.

Find out where you're at heading into the Track and Field season.  Don't miss out on a great day of training and competition before your middle school or high school season!

There will be a van pick-up for the clinic at the Renton High School main gym parking lot at 8:30 am and 8:45 am.  Drop-offs will be at the same location at 2:45 pm and 3:00 pm.
