Practices include both Freestyle and Greco-Roman technique, drilling, live wrestling, conditioning, and mental and spiritual training based on the words and life of Jesus Christ.
The cost of the training is offered by donation at both locations. We ask each family to contribute something by determining what they are willing and able to pay for the training. Each wrestler MUST purchase a USA Wrestling athlete membership card in order to participate. Please register online at the correct location once the USA Wrestling card has been purchased.
