Join us this fall as we intensely prepare for the 2011-2012 high school wrestling season. Get your timing back and improve your wrestling conditioning before the season starts in November. Participants in past high school pre-season sessions have had great success at the state tournament and many are now wrestling in college (see below).

 
Agility, technique, drilling, live wrestling, mental training, and spiritual development based on the words and life of Jesus Christ will be included. We prepare body, mind, and soul for wrestling and for life. This fall we will talk about what it looks like to be a "servant warrior" as you lead on your high school team. 
 
During the fall of 2010, over 75 area high school wrestlers attended a workout during the 6-week training session to prepare themselves for their high school seasons.  Wrestlers learned new technique, drilled, and wrestled live with partners from all over the Puget Sound area.

Come join us in the fall of 2011 for another six weeks of high-level preparation prior to your high school wrestling season!  

The cost of the training is by donation. We believe everyone should pay something, but we leave it to you to determine what you are willing and able to pay for this training opportunity.

Make sure to register online or fill out and sign the attached (upper right corner) waiver/registration AND the required concussion form.  Both athlete and parent must sign the forms.
