OPEN TRaINING
Training in the fundamental skills of throwing, catching, fielding, and hitting are offered at different times during the year.

Training considers the whole person: body, heart, soul, and mind. Athletes learn what it means to Compete Upside Down© according TO the word of God, BY the power of God, and FOR the glory of God. Training is designed to provide the player with opportunities to mature physically, mentally, spiritually, and socially.
Open Training is offered on a DONATION basis. We believe everyone should give something, but it is up to each family to determine what they are willing and able to donate for the training.
FALL
Open TRAINING is offered in the fall to sharpen skills in various areas of the game. Workouts for RS competitive TEAMS also begin in the fall.
WINTER
Indoor workouts are in full swing during the winter for competitive TEAMS.
SPRING
TEAMS begin playing their competitive game and tournament schedules during the spring.
SUMMER
Competitive TEAMS conclude their seasons in July. Tryouts for the following year's competitive teams also take place in July. Open TRAINING is offered for players of all ages and skill levels at RS summer camps.
TEAMS
Teams play a competitive schedule from March (depending on age) through July with league and/or independent games and tournaments. Competitive teams have a tryout/selection process in July and include an indoor winter training schedule. Players will learn and apply what it means to Compete Upside Down© according TO the word of God, BY the power of God, and FOR the glory of God.
