OPEN TRaINING

Strength training is offered throughout the year to all age groups and skill levels.

 

Training considers the whole person -- body, heart, soul, and mind -- in the context of challenging workouts in a supportive community. Participants learn what it means to live, train, and Compete Upside Down© according TO the word of God, BY the power of God, and FOR the glory of God.

 

Open Training is offered on a DONATION basis. We believe everyone should give something, but it is up to each participant to determine what they are willing and able to donate for the training.

YOUTH

JUMPSTART© Athletics for boys and girls ages 5-10 is offered in 6-week sessions at different times throughout the year. Foundational movements of sport are developed through agility, body awareness, jumping and plyometrics, core and coordination drills, and strength-based skills that lay a solid foundation for participation in any sport. Competitive games are included to apply the biblical principles of the Competing Upside Down© philosophy.

MIDDLE SCHOOL / HIGH SCHOOL

 Training for middle school and high school athletes is conducted in 6-10 week sessions throughout the year to introduce and develop proper lifting movements in order to make gains in strength and to increase cardiovascular endurance. Participants will improve their athletic stability so that they can use these skills to produce strong, powerful, and efficient movements in all planes of motion.

ADULT

Cross Training for adult men and women takes place year-round with co-ed classes and women's classes in the morning. Participants can expect to challenge themselves while growing in strength and cardiovascular endurance. Whether you're in great shape or just starting your exercise journey, RS coaches provide challenging workouts appropriate for every level of physical condition.
