The Reality Sports Summer Internship is a transformative experience where interns will:

The 2026 Summer Internship is limited to 10 spots. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
MAKING DISCIPLES THROUGH SPORT
Have you ever wrestled with how to combine your faith with your sport? Have you ever wondered if there were full-time ministry opportunities, coaching the sport you love while teaching athletes biblical truths about competing? Our Summer Internship program will answer those questions and more!

COACH
Interns are placed in various programs throughout our Academy to learn the foundation of Coaching Excellence with athletes ranging from 5 to 18 years old.
TEACH
Interns spend classroom time learning the process of developing biblical, gospel-centered Intentional Messages that apply directly to the sports context. Interns then have the opportunity to deliver multiple messages to athletes while coaching.
GROW
Interns will grow in their faith while applying biblical principles to competition and walking with current Program Directors in discipleship.
