OPEN TRaINING
The RS Wrestling program offers a variety of training blocks designed to challenge male and female wrestlers of all skill levels, from beginner to advanced. Skill development in takedowns, defense, stance, motion, mat wrestling and mental game aspects are demonstrated and taught by our coaches in three styles of wrestling: Folkstyle (Collegiate), Freestyle, and Greco-Roman.
Agility, technique, drilling, live wrestling, mental training, and spiritual development based on the words and life of Jesus Christ are included in each training session. We prepare body, mind, and heart for wrestling and for life. If you are a wrestler that desires to be a leader who serves rather than takes, and are ready to make a significant impact on your team an in your school, we invite you to join us as we learn the Competing Upside Down© philosophy according TO the Word of God, BY the power of God, and FOR the glory of God.

Open Training is offered on a donation basis. We believe everyone should give something, but it is up to you to determine what you are willing and able to donate for the training.
Each fall Reality Sports offers training for high school wrestlers to get ready for their upcoming school season. Wrestlers are prepared physically, mentally, spiritually, and socially to be leaders on their high school teams.
Reality Sports offers a Folkstyle team opportunity for boys and girls grades 1-8 to learn Folkstyle (collegiate) wrestling techniques and to put them into practice in competitions.
Freestyle open training is available to wrestlers (ages 7-18) who desire Freestyle and Greco-Roman training during the spring but are not on the Reality Sports Freestyle Team. Warrior Wednesdays for high school wrestlers is a challenging live wrestling workout with lots of different partners.
Each summer Reality Sports offers multiple Folkstyle (collegiate) camps. Training focuses on technique in all positions (feet, bottom, top). All levels of wrestlers, from beginner to advanced, will benefit from instruction with top-level clinicians.
