RSVBC Tryouts
Please follow the checklist below as reference for what you need in order to come to tryouts prepared. If you were on a competitive team for the 2025/2026 season your USAV Membership is still current and you DO NOT need to purchase a USAV tryout membership. If you do not have a current USAV Membership please purchase your tryout membership here before tryouts.
SPRING
Summer Tryouts are held on
Aug 1 and Aug 2 at Reality Sports Academy in Tacoma.
Fall Tryouts are held in Oct for ages U14 and younger.
The 2026/2027 tryouts will be:

Location

RS utilizes 3 practice facilities. Teams will practice at the same facility all season long.

Reality Sports Academy (2052 S 64th St Tacoma)

Lighthouse Christian Center (3409 23rd St SW, Puyallup)

Cascade Christian Junior High (811 21st St SE, Puyallup)

Setter Training and Optional Skills Training (all other positions) will be available throughout the season at Reality Sports Academy (Tacoma)

Speed and Agility will be offered at the RS Sports Academy (Tacoma) Monday - Thursday for all athletes. Athletes can attend as many sessions as they would like (recommended minimum of 2/week)

National Teams

The 2026/2027 Season, which runs mid/late Nov 2026 - May 2027 will have one U15, one U16 team, & one U17 team (10 - 12 roster openings)

Practices will be 2x/week for 2 hours ranging between 4 - 9 pm.

Additional Training will be offered throughout the season.
